Green Beret securities was born on 3 March 2004 under NOC from Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan vide U.O. No 4-74-2002-S.III dated 13-2-2004 and was incorporated with Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide Company Registration No. 13309/20040302 dated 3-3-2004.
The Company is licensed by Home Department, Government of Punjab vide License No. 89 vide Order No 8-7-H-Spl.II/2004 and further renewed periodically.
